Counter-Notice
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our Copyright Agent. The counter-notice must include your contact information, a description of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court.
